Gambling poker

I’ve been using Revolut for withdrawing from poker sites and deposit. I’m fully committed to wise now. I read their gambling policy and it says it’s fine as long the countries are legalized for gambling on the country I live in and not use USD.

But then it says

This is not an exclusive list — we'll cancel or return any payments that exceed our risk tolerance, and we may sometimes close accounts. It’s part of the legal and regulatory responsibilities we have as a financial institution.

Is it ok to use wise to play games online or not?
