Plz help

my aunt said that our family is connected to one of the 9 Maylasian Royal families, but didn't say what one.

for context:

my grandad's sibling married the princess of one of the families sometime in between the 70s to mid to late 90s.

my grandad moved to the UK in the 1970s or early 80s to be in a relationship with my Nan, and basically abandoned the family.

I don't know much information, but please if u can, help me find out
