New player having trouble deciding on who to pull
So I´m a bit confused on how reruns are done in Wuwa, I would really like to pull on Aemeth but she just had her banner but at the same time I saw that during anniversary last year there were a lot of reruns, is there any chance for Aemeth being able to be selected on those reruns?
I really like Cartethyia too and i´m guessing she is getting a rerun on 2.3 but how is the powercreep right now? Is it really worth pulling for her or maybe getting Hiyuki would be a better choice.
Then on the topic of weapons, I´m guessing that getting at least 2 teams is more important than getting signatures right now but some characters really need their weapons and can´t really work without them?
Right now my plans are to wait until they release more info about Hiyuki (maybe if she needs another character or weapon to work properly and then decide but im not really sure so i would appreciate tips from veteran players. Ty!
