My bf's game keeps shutting down

Hello everyone. My bf and I are back on apex after a few months of not playing it. But ever since we started playing it again (last weekend), his game keeps crashing and shuts down without any error messages (never). He tried a lot of different things, some worked and we were able to play BUT it still shuts down and we noticed a pattern. Around 6pm-8pm, it shuts down (not always) and also we noticed that it shuts down whenever storm point is in rotation (every time). So we think the issue might be about storm point but we don't understand why. My game on the other hand works just fine. We're both on PC (steam). He checked the integrity of the files, cleared all the caches, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game ; he’s tried everything, but nothing works.

Does anybody have the same problem ? Any tips to fix this ?
