i am starting to hate every girl after my breakup

she said many hurtful things at the end and lead me on throughout the whole thing, then left like nothing even happened
she reposted hurtful things about my looks, i got a feeling she broke up due to my looks as one time apparently she got "influenced" by her friend and said "i am not sure about his appearance but his personality is good"
when she ended things, someone told her i was crying and she replied "tell him to not cry and take it like a man"
now every single girl presence just annoys me because this girl has shown me the true nature of them, they all will use us for something and when they get it, they leave
i genuinely want to hurt them
but this is not who i am
i need help and i dk what to do
