Pokemon in BD/SP full Pokedex

Hello! I recently bought both BD and SP second hand and I finally want to get a full Pokedex!

However I don't know how to exchange pokemon with myself since I have game cards and only one switch? Is that even possible? 😅 Do I need two consoles to do that? 😅

Does anyone have both games and tips on how to do this maybe?
