Cannabis-friendly nursing employers in Las Cruces area?

Gonna be looking for a job (RN)

in Las Cruces soon, and I use cannabis when off work to prevent migraines. Are there any hospitals, home health agencies, etc that don't drug-test new hires for THC? Preferably hospitals because I'd rather work three 12's. I heard there were, but needing to confirm so I can stop using it for a while if I have to 😣. It would benefit the employer for people like me to be able to use it, as I'd obviously be calling in sick a lot less, if any, with migraines.
