Can the Odin 2 Portal output to TV docked at 1440p120hz? 4k120hz?

I'm looking to find out whether the Odin 2 Portal is a viable TV box when docked. I'm hoping to get 1440p@120hz or 4k@120hz.

My current TV's software caps apps at 60hz so I was thinking of replacing it with something that could handle 120hz. I'll be running Moonlight so all the real heavy lifting will be done by my desktop PC.

The dock I intend to use says it can do these resolutions - Savage Raven by Skull & Co. Jumpgate Dock USB C.

I am hoping to determine whether the Odin 2 Portal is actually capable of handling it without noticeable performance issues or latency. Anyone running this kind of setup?

Thanks
