A kind suggestion to take break from social media
You pretty much never need any advice other than from professionals (that personally know your situation) and from yourself. Sometimes pages like this subreddit is good, but you still need to remember that no one knows for sure about your spesific situation.
You never know why people post things. they might have some trauma themselves from someone that might show same kind of habits than for example your partner. What any one person says isn't a universal fact.
I had a huge problem with relationship advice posts a few months ago. They triggered me to The point that I started to almost believe everything I saw on tiktok. which made me question literally everything my partner did. I analyzed every day if I had an "ick" from something, if my boyfriend did The "bare minimum" and basicly my whole picture of a good partner came from Tiktok. Now I know that it doesn't really matter at all what other peoples ideal is. My partner needs to be good _enough_ for _me_, not to everyone else. Also realizing how much these affected me took A LONG time, basicly until I thought about these every hour.
specially when you have mental health problems or any kind of special needs, you propably need and value different things from partner than people who don't have those. I'm also not saying that everyone on social media is wrong, no one know. But I don't think it's a healthy place when you suffer from ROCD.
For people who have their OCD somewhat in control, it might be a good exposure though. But I highly recommend you to talk to a professional before that. Or atleast keep a very good eye on how it affects you on a long run.
I wish you all The best!
