Can someone helpp

i have Uceed did not qualify cutoff gave nid was confident but score 35 applied bits made good portfolio learnt skills but then bitsdat came gave mocks score 60 percent my bitsdat is on 5..I can't go to bits unless I get a scholarship What do I do and possibly hope in this situation
