Any Affordable ABSN that looks at recent GPA performance?

I am 31 years old and have a pretty bad overall GPA at around 2.8 because I messed up when I was 18-21. My undergrad gpa was only around 2.4. I have taken lot of classes recently so my last 60 units gpa is 3.94 and last 120 units gpa is 3.12.

Most of the programs that I see are either so expensive (especially with out of state fees involved since I am from California and local programs need high gpa or are more expensive) or require overall 3.0

Any help would be appreciated
