Do you think you found some rare scenes or secret in your playthroughs?

I've played this game so many times and I still only have 86.4% completion. I don't know what I'm missing. I mean, 13% is kind of a lot after finishing all the routes. Do you think you've found a rare scene or secret? If so, maybe we can share them here. At this point, I'm starting to think there might be a very rare 'virgin route' where you actively reject all the girls or something.
