Rising Sun seeds???

I am playing Harvest Moon WOA, and one of my requests needs rising sun seeds. I read somewhere online that it’s a mutation of sunflower in the summertime, but when I plant sunflowers in Lillika with summer fertilizer I’m getting nothing 😞 Anyone out there know how to either get the mutation or find seeds?
