Planning to move to Denmark with my non-EU SO

Hello, everyone. Me(26M) and my SO(24F) are looking to move to Denmark next year from Italy.

At the moment I'm working as a software engineer, while my gf is finishing her master’s degree in English and Anglo American Studies.

The thing is, I'm Italian and she's Russian (currently staying in Italy with a student residence permit). I know that the Danish are very open minded and accepting, but I'm wondering if it would be hard for her both to find a job and apply for citizenship due to her nationality and Russian citizenship.

I've already been to Copenhagen and fell in love with the city and the people, but planning to visit again soon with my SO.

I'm wondering if there's anybody in the same situation I can connect with, recommendations or opinions are also very welcome.
