Omegle "porn" ads? Trying to understand.

I'm talking about some videos where a guy shows his penis to a woman (there are several, with different men/women) and the woman is in awe and gets all turned on.

People were saying these were "fakes" and actually ads for Omegle.

I'm trying to understand this... so Omegle hired... who? To make these videos? So that... men would want to go to Omegle and do the same? I don't get it.
