Failed ECV, terrified of c section

We tried to turn our little girl today but she was not receptive and it will have to be a cesarean delivery. I’m absolutely terrified for 3 reasons, botched spinal with previous pregnancy, having a disgusting 12 pound drooping skin flap in my early 20s, and I have severe emetophobia and vomiting is basically part of a c section for most people. How can I stop freaking out about this?
