($500) East TN Micro Wedding/Elopement Location Recommendations

Hey everyone, my fiancé and I are planning on having a very small wedding/elopement with just his parents, my parents, and siblings in December of this year. I am looking into venues and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or advice for planning?

We already have a photographer and officiant, we just need a place to go. I've seen some gorgeous pictures in the mountains, but it will be December and cold, so I am unsure of what to look for to still have good photos. We don't have a super large budget and we're not needing anywhere for the reception.
