Sand team For BW OU

Hello. I've been trying to do a sand team with Tyranitar, Volcarona and Excadrill, since I like these Pokemon. I did first a team with this core, ferrothorn, latios and rotom-w but I felt like it didn't work that well in showdown. Now I'm thinking about using the same core but with heatran, celebi and rotom-w. What do you think? I would like some help for the build if it's possible (moves, natures, ivs and evs, items). Thanks
