Need advice with how long I should let my home made vape juice to steep

idk if I should let it steep or not but I just simple mixed 90% VG in with 10% vanilla extract don't have any PG but it shouldn't be an issue in my head since I rock a box mod with all the bells and whistles and think I can get it to run properly, but anyone with experience could help me a get a ballpark range on how long I should steep it or not steep it at all. any advice would help out alot!
