What’s up with those rides in Kashmir Park?

Hey, I hope you all are doing good. So before Eid they have setup those rides, train ig, ferris wheel and few other rides. I pass through it daily multiple times as I also go there for a run too every morning after fajar (yea I go there running too) but never stopped or had enough time to stop and read those flexes I just thought it’s some mela only for eid but those rides are still there except for mout ka kuwa as they have removed it… Can anyone tell me is it permanent or just for some limited time? Thanks
