Does an app like this exist on Android?

Is there some sort of app in which I can:

- Feed a .pdf file with questions

- Have it during random time of the day:

- FORCE me to answer the question

- (and it gives me an exception button if I necessarily need the phone to give me ~10 mins of free time before forcing me again)

It sounds like a great idea for studying long-term imo.
