Need Help Coolman Spectra LCD Case LCD Works But No Software / QR Doesn’t Work

Hey folks, got this Coolman Spectra case with LCD screen, the screen powers on, but Windows doesn’t detect it and the QR code/manual links don’t work. I already tried to search for 4 hrs. Found nothing.

Tried CH340 drivers, restarts… still nothing.

If anyone actually has this case and working software or firmware for the LCD, can you please share it or point me to a download? Any help appreciated. 🙏
