Urgently need a job

hello everyone, im in desperate need of a job, could be any job minimum wage or anything. Im willing to relocate anywhere in ontario. Im from Niagara falls and have been jobless for years. I wont even get replies for any application and if i do its justs a rejection.

I have been in contact with YMCA in my city and all they do is change my resume. Any employment agency wont even reply.

I have a college diploma in software development which has shown totally useless.

is there any city in ontario that has jobs and is hiring?

Thank you in advance.
