Looking for a rental space for a car dealership

Hello everyone! I’m looking for a commercial rental space for my car dealership in any of these cities: Livermore, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Tracy. I’m new in the business and try to keep the cost as low as possible. So I will need a budget friendly place. I don’t need a large space. Just a small office with at least one reserved parking spot. It should be on a first floor. Please help.
