Hey QTBIPOC fam — what kind of coaching/workshop spaces do you wish existed?
Hello gorgeous humans!
I'm a queer therapist of color expanding into coaching, and I want to build spaces that actually serve our community. Before I create anything, I'd love to hear from you: what kind of coaching groups, workshops, or programs do you wish existed?
Here's what I'm dreaming up—but I want to know if this resonates or if something's missing:
- A space where you don't have to perform, educate, or code-switch
- Room to process stress and trauma without it feeling clinical
- An explicitly anti-oppressive, anti-racist, feminist lens
- Practical coping skills that actually fit bodies and minds navigating systems not built for us
- Guided exercises and learning from each other's lived experience
I'd love to know:
- What topics or issues do you wish more spaces addressed?
- What would make a group feel actually accessible and welcoming to you?
- What's kept you from joining spaces like this in the past?
No wrong answers. I'm genuinely here to learn.
If you'd ever be open to hopping on a quick call to share more, DM me—I'm in listening mode.
Thank you for your time, your energy, and everything you carry.
TL;DR: Queer therapist of color building coaching groups for QTBIPOC folks. Looking for input on what topics, formats, and access needs would actually make you want to show up. What do you wish existed?
