Nerve burning in shin during flexion
Hey all, 12 days out from ACLr with hamstring graft, meniscus repair and LET.
Ever since the surgery I've been having a burning/pulling/zapping pain in my shin (right under the hamstring graft site incision) that kicks in at a certain angle when flexing the knee around 60deg, then totally disappears when extending back.
But somehow if i lean back or support the back of my thigh with my hands during flexion, the pain only triggers at around 80deg.
I'm thinking the nerve is irritated, or something is stuck?
I'll be getting my staples out tomorrow and hoping that + some scar mobilization will improve this issue.
Anyone had something similar? Hoping for positive stories :))
