I’ve switched from Prozac 10mg to lexapro - it’s been 5 weeks I’m up to 2.5mg of lexparo and experiencing racing constant thoughts (not necessarily anxious thoughts) my brain just doesn’t shut up, ear worm and restlessness. Has anyone else experienced the same and did it pass?
