After spending a whole 31 days straight of posting fun and positive things about our main protagonist Marinette, and trying to spread good will to her character. It only makes sense to dedicate a whole month to Alya. Why? A. Because I’ve gotten a few requests for it and after thinking about it, I accepted it. B. Because she just like Marinette, has gotten a bad rap over the past few seasons. Some of which are for the dumbest reasons (like you’re telling me that an overrated blondes worst actions barely get brought up, but The Lila incident must never be forgotten. Yeah ok sure thing 🙄.). She doesn’t receive as much unnecessary hate as Marinette but she still receives a lot of it. And C. Because I said so.

Now will I be as active in this as I was with Marinette March? Unfortunately no, that was a passion project that I wanted to put together for a character I and other fans hold dearly with the right amount of motivation and I guess people calling a stalker for the billionth time finally triggered my motivation to put justice on her name. Y’all gotta understand that it kinda takes a toll on you especially when you got other things going on, top of doing majority of the posting work. Thankfully it wasn’t too bad because again, Marinette had so much material to work with for her positive attributes but still 😅.

Now will I still be heavily involved? Absolutely, I just won’t be doing this on consecutive days like last month. But maybe some of you guys can fill in days where I’m not available. You guys wanted to do this, participating is the least you can do.

Post anything you want that’s Alya related as long as it’s more on the positive side of things. Even fanart counts. Other than that, let’s give our local reporter some proper love ❤️.

Hello there! And welcome to the first Day of Alya April!
