Should I apply for other jobs at the same company that's gave me an offer?

Hey guys. I accepted an offer for an internship at a company, and am undergoing a background check which could take up to 2 weeks to complete. In the meantime, I got an interview for another position at the same company. Should I do it to potentially compare benefits, or would there be complications with me violating my job offer agreement or the company not wanting me to court another position after accepting one?
