Now that SAVE is shot down and most of us that had a payment date of 2028 are now scrambling to figure out a plan by September of this year just know you definitely aren’t alone . This baby millennial is just as frustrated 😩. If I didn’t have to pay into social security I will never see or benefit from I might be able to afford these predatory loan payments . What are the odds that we enroll in RAP and the next admin challenges it and we are out back in forbearance with no interest . I understand cruelty is the point with the current administration but damn can we at least get the daily interest accruals to stop? NO OTHER loan accrues interest daily ! Heck it would be nice if the money I had saved in my HYS account accrued interest daily at 6% + but only the thieving government gets that sweet deal . Anyone willing to mark themselves exempt from taxes in protest ?😭
