BSU Alangilan ME schedule

Hi, incoming Mechanical Engineering student at BSU Alangilan here. My friend and I are both taking ME, and we’re wondering if it’s possible for us to have the same schedule/section.

Do students get to choose or adjust their schedules (like picking the same block/section), or are schedules already assigned by the department? If they’re assigned, is there any way to request being in the same schedule?

Would appreciate insights from current students or alumni. Thanks!
