WIBTA if I ask this lady at the gym to stop wearing so much patchouli perfume?

I belong to this small, private gym for tenants and residents of the building I work in. Its two floors, the upper is cardio equipment and lower is weights. There’s a woman who lives here that uses the treadmills who wears an ungodly amount of patchouli scented perfume that fills both floors AND the locker room when she’s here, and sometimes you can smell her from the lobby of the building outside the gym where the elevators are. I developed a very sensitive nose after having COVID, so I’m super sensitive to smells and I really dislike the smell of patchouli, and I also have a deviated septum so I have a hard time breathing as it is. There have been incidents where the smell was just too overpowering for me that I had to leave because it was just too much, which was frustrating because I live 15 minutes away so it was kind of a waste of my time. I’d like to ask her to please tone it down with the spray, or whatever she uses, but I don’t wanna come off like an asshole about it. I tried speaking to the building management about it but all they did was put up a sign saying to be courteous and wear deodorant, which she clearly didn’t get the message. WIBTA if I spoke to her directly?
