Promotion/Advertising just feels like a minefield - where do people even start?

I've built an application (browser based) that helps people with their mental wellness (https://helloclave.com/) I continue to develop it but I have no idea where to go from here. Do I drop some money on advertising? Social media, search? Do I need to partner with someone who knows what they're doing? What has worked effectively for people?
