Where is it better to emigrate?

Hi, my husband and I want to move from the country we are currently in because of the high risk I am in because of being a transgender mtf (I am not mentioning the name of the country to keep our safety for now while we are still here, I hope you understand 🙏🏻). We thought about South Africa, Belgium, Austria, Uruguay.. My husband also knows French at a B1 level and is continuing to study, and we could learn another language without any problem.. We would love to know which country you could recommend to us, what is the cost of living, level of security.. We intend to arrive with a work visa and continue from there..
