So, why nobody talk about Bleach?

So everyone's talking about Dragon Ball, One Piece, Naruto, but Bleach... why? Is it worth it? I'd really like to watch it. Should I watch the anime? The manga? I heard something about it being better to watch the animated ending or something like that? Why have new chapters been released recently?

Naruto, for example, has peak fiction, but then it has a lot of plot holes so don't really looks worth it to me. Does something similar happen with Bleach? Or is it so worthwhile that I should buy the manga?
