375mg venlafaxine with 10mg amitriptyline?

has anyone been on this combo or anything similar? i understand it’s a high dose of effexor but i have uncontrollable panic attacks without it. (ive also read about the serotonin syndrome risk) i also struggle with functional dyspepsia which is why i wanted to ask my psychiatrist about low dose amitriptyline. thought i’d ask here first. thank you in advance.
