KLM, Transavia or TAP

Hi people, I have the option to fly to Lisbon from Amsterdam Schiphol airport with the above mentioned three carriers In August. Price wise KLM is the highest, but they also allow a cabin bag. I have flown with them one to Lisbon and nothing went wrong. Never flew with the other two Portuguese carriers. It is a European 3-hour flight, so I am just wondering if the Portuguese carriers score above KLM in any way?
