Who's escaped or reduced taxes? Please help!

I'm a Canadian DN currently on DTV visa in Thailand, fully based in asia.

I want to reduce or eliminate my Canadian taxes by becoming a non-resident and claiming tax residency somewhere else. Who's done it? Any advice? Can you recommend a lawyer or professional here?

Willing to go to Paraguay or anywhere really to help set this up. Trying to avoid Dubai.
