Help on backup

Hi!

I haven't given backups enough though, as I've learned the hard way, recently...

So, what are the correct tools/ways to backup data AND settings from my NAS?

For my situation, I am using 1-2 Docker containers and a few community apps on my 918+.

In case of a failure I would like to be able to restore the state of the docker containers and of the community apps.

Hyper Backup does not do the job. What does?

I think there is a way to completely backup my NAS, block by block. Thing is, this would get way to large (I have media files, that are not needed to go into the backup).

So, is there a way to backup the complete NAS, but not all of the shared folders?
