iPhone 14 Pro US Reseller Flex Policy unlock

I have a mint condition iPhone 14 Plus pro with 95% battery health still under the 4000 US Reseller Flex Policy sim lock.

What is the best way to get this unlocked? I’m not even sure it’s ever been locked to a carrier yet it’s all very confusing for me. I wouldn’t mind paying $20-$30 max to get this unlocked it’s not like there is a balance on the phone or anything.
