Compensation for Product Manager (Marketing) in a medium sized med device company

I am currently in an interview process with this company and the recruiter asked me about my salary expectations during the screening call, I did not quote a number since I simply did not know enough and requested for some time to give an informed answer. What are the average compensation packages (base pay)/total pay generally for product managers in the industry? how much does the pay range differ in giants like stryker/intuitive to medium sized companies?

If I were to get the job, I will be relocating. Should I ask anything about that?

As per my qualifications, I am a PharmD, an MBA and a have a M.S in biomed engineering.
