I have a question about the VIBEE VIP free gift.

I am heading to the Sphere not to see BSB but No Doubt and was wondering how early the day of show can you pick up your package? I will be arriving in Vegas in the morning so I won't be able to check into the hotel package just yet. I seen various times of when you can start picking up the package.

Any info would be super helpful.
