Please help with ping/region selection

I’m writing this as a genuine plea from a player who wants to enjoy your game, but currently can’t when stationed in Dubai!

Right now, Marathon is practically unplayable due to persistent ping and matchmaking issues. In every single match, my ping sits at 170+ minimum, and the connection indicator is constantly red. This isn’t an occasional spike too, it’s the standard experience.

For a game where reaction time and decision making matter so much, this completely breaks the experience. Gunfights feel soo inconsistent, movement is delayed, and overall gameplay becomes frustrating instead of competitive or rewarding. I die to people because my hits dont register fast enough I mean come onnn!

What makes it worse is that this happens every game, which strongly suggests a server selection or regional matchmaking issue. It feels like I’m constantly being placed in the wrong servers with no control or prioritization for latency.

I’m asking you to please:

- Improve server routing and regional matchmaking

- Allow players to prioritize or select preferred server regions

- Address high ping matchmaking so players aren’t consistently placed in poor connections

There’s a great game here, but right now the technical experience is holding it back heavily.

Please help fix this.
