Wedding transport for guests

Hello! We’re having a relatively small (~40-50 guests) weekday wedding this year.

Approximately 25 of the guests will be staying at a hotel a 7 minute walk from the venue. We’d like to provide transport to the venue from the hotel.

Double decker busses seem too big for our group for such a short distance.

What else would you recommend? Pre booking taxis? Is that reliable?

The wedding ends fairly early (10pm). Would you recommend a shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night as well?
