Need advice: Restaurants

Hi I hope you're having a lovely day.

I want to understand the industry insights in procurement of raw materials in restaurants.

I am a wholesaler of spices (export and domestic grades).

All I know is that restaurants have dedicated purchase staff or it's one person wearing many hats that's buying also.

I want to sell to these restaurants.

But not sure how to navigate here..

I am located in Bangalore.
