How much do you do for MOG?

I'm in a funny situation where my fiancé's brother is getting married next month and we are getting married in October. My future mother-in-law is quite elderly and needs a good bit of help. I brought her shopping for an outfit for the brother's wedding, booked her hair and makeup and will be driving her on the day. It has been some work for me as she is very picky (we are going shopping tomorrow for the 3rd pair of shoes) and doesn't have a lot of money so the budget is tight. For our wedding I plan on bringing her shopping and paying for the dress. I have hair and makeup booked to come to her house in the morning as the groomsmen will be with her (otherwise I would have had her get ready with me). Just curious, what is typically expected for mother of the groom?
