Acne scars

Hello. I used to have cystic acne a few years ago in high school . After that my skin healed for some time but during my university years, it stared leaving scars on my face . I never used to use any skin care back in my school days and didn’t take skincare seriously until i started noticing those scars. They wouldn’t go away. For the past year i have been taking skincare seriously in an attempt to heal some icepick scars on my face and the dark pigmentation post acne marks . I started using sun screen daily . I did some research on tiktok and started using adapalene 0.1% on alternative days and azelaic acid 20% regularly . Yes it has reduced active acne on my face but the marks are still there and the scars have become more deep . Dermatologists in the UAE cost too much and i’m trying to find some natural way of reducing these marks on my face . Please help a girl out by giving some suggestions . Thanks
