Beginner tattoo supplies

So my girlfriend has been wanting to be a tattoo artist for a while but doesn’t have the money to start out yet and I just got my taxes back so I wanna be nice, surprise her, and jumpstart her career

I’m willing to spend 250-350 on supplies but I have no clue what to get and asking would ruin the surprise. Just asking for recommendations and I’d greatly appreciate links if possible

Don’t need to include fake skin into the budget I’ll get that separately as that is a recurring purchase but a recommendation for that would be appreciated as well
