My dog has not eaten or drinks water for 10 days now

So I have a Female shi tzu her name is Chloe, 12lb, 10 years old. It been 10 days and she has not eaten anything she shows no interest in eating. a few days ago she tried to take a bite of a French fry I gave her but back off for some reason. she also refuses to drink water the only way we are getting water in her is by forcefully putting water down her mouth using a syringe only holds 1tbsp. we took her to the vet she ran blood work it came back fine. no sign of pancreatitis either(she had that almost a year ago). they did an X-ray and ultra sound yesterday nothing vet says she has tried everything. what frustrating is that according to my mom the vet is not taking this matter seriously. This is a new vet we have not seen before. strangely my dog is not showing any sign of weakness besides sleeping a lot but she always does that. also not really losing weight despite not eating. This came on suddenly I just dread that she will die soon any advice would be welcome thanks in advance.
