How easy it is to get to the Fire Knights Greatsword farming spot?

so im about level 70 and got to the dlc a little bit earlier to get some fancy gear to finish the base game with (still have Gelmir, capitol etc. ahead of me). Already got Black Steel GH, but I'd really like to use FKGS for the first time. Ist possible to sort of runt through to its farming spot?
